What space do you work out of?

Currently I am subletting a beautiful space on the 5th floor of the State Theatre Building in Portland ME from Kendall Hinkley; another incredible massage therapist. She has graciously welcomed me into her practice as I build up my client base and build Ev.LMT. Thank you Kendall!

Be sure to follow signs for Kendall Hinkley Massage Therapy and Bodywork once in the building. Located on the 5th floor in unit 501-C.

What parking is available?

There are 2 hour parking spaces on a few surrounding streets (High st. State st. & Park st.). Bring quarters for metered parking or download the passport parking app on your phone. There are also a few parking garages around the area for off street options.

What if I cannot find an appointment time that works for my schedule?

I would recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to get your preferred time! If booking through Ev.LMT does not have the availability you need send me message directly. Opening up my availability will be driven by demand on certain days or times plus availability of the shared studio space; so please don’t be shy in requesting times that work for you.

Another option is to check out Heal Massage and Therapy in Scarborough where I massage Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursdays.

What products do you use?

I use 100% jojoba oil for most clients. Jojoba is great for all skin types, absorbs quickly, and is hypoallergenic. If you have a preference for lotion over oil, please let me know in your intake form.

Tipping policy?

Gratuity is optional, appreciated, and does not affect the work you will receive one way or the other. I totally understand bodywork can feel expensive to maintain so please don’t let tipping overload prevent you from booking your session.

Payment Options?

Cash, Venmo (Evan-Sullivan-2), and Credit Cards all accepted.

Do you accept insurance?

Ev.LMT does not accept insurance billing at this time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy - Please Read Before Booking

Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time incurs a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment. The 50% fee is charged to the card on hold, or invoiced to the client and must be paid before rebooking.

If a client cancels within one hour of their appointment or misses their appointment without notice, a fee of 100% of the scheduled treatment is charged to the card on hold, or invoiced to the client and must be paid before rebooking.

This cancellation policy is standard in the massage industry and helps protect massage therapist’s time and business so we can continue to support your bodywork journey and wellness. Thank you for understanding.

What do I do if I’m running late to my appointment?

If you are running late please send me a text or phone call as soon as possible. You will receive treatment for the time remaining (at the booked treatment price) or possibly the full duration if there is wiggle room in my schedule (not guaranteed and on a case by case basis).
